Titanium Dioxide TiO2 Applications

Titanium dioxide in general purpose normally has anatase and rutile type of titanium dioxide which through sulfate or chloride process with inorganic and organic surface treated. They have average performance in paints&coating, ink, plastic&masterbatch, paper, and other general industries.

It is a new kind of special dye used for polymer materials, also known as Pigment Preparation. Color masterbatch is mainly used in plastics. The Pigment is composed of three basic elements, pigments or dyes, carrier and additive. It is a group of super constant pigments that are uniformly loaded into the resin. They are called pigment concentration, so its pigmentation is higher than the Pigment itself. Processing with a small amount of color masterbatch and uncolored resin mixed, you can achieve the designed pigment concentration of colored resin or products.

A coating is applied to a surface that is protected or decorated and it can form a continuous film with strong attachment to the coated substance. Usually, it is based on resin, oil, or emulsion, add the corresponding additives, with organic solvent or water from the formulation of viscous liquid.

Ink is a uniform mixture of colored bodies (such as pigments, dyes, etc.), binders, fillers, additives and other substances which can be printed and dried on the printed form and is a color, with a certain degree of fluidity of the slurry adhesive. Therefore, color, body bone and drying performance are the top three most important properties of ink.
